Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Eligible resolutions may include:

• Replacement item
• Store credit
• Refund when appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used items
• Customized items
• Digital downloads
• Buyer’s remorse on made-to-order products
